I work with historically Black colleges and universities on the advancement side: identifying the federal, state, and foundation opportunities that fit your institutional profile, building proposals that survive a review panel, and standing up the compliance and evaluation structure that turns a first award into a renewed one.

Through Roberts Innovation Group, where I serve as Chief Marketing Strategist and Grants Specialist, I also deliver cybersecurity training, digital literacy, STEM, and drone-operations programming directly to HBCUs and their surrounding communities — in the United States, the Caribbean, and across Africa. When the grant funds a program, we can build and staff the program too.
